Tim DeMartini and Trevor Wilmoth founded Whidbey’s T&T Construction in 2018. With their experience and full range of equipment, Tim and Trevor are able to assist you with the best and most efficient solution to your construction needs.

Tim and Trevor were both raised on Whidbey Island, and raised their own families on the island as well. Their deep Whidbey connections matter to them, which is why they are proud to operate a prompt, attentive, and accessible company for all your construction needs. As a licensed, bonded, fully insured, and drug-free general contractor with a full range of earthmoving equipment, T&T Construction is your source for professional, efficient, and quality work.

Tim DeMartini

With over thirty years of facility and people management experience, Tim genuinely enjoys people and projects. With an affinity for connecting with people and for seeing possibilities where there seemingly are none, Tim enjoys all phases of a project – from conception to execution to completion. His ability to combine spatial awareness with an understanding of the best possible construction solutions results in an efficient execution of customer goals.

When not out on a T&T Construction project, Tim can often be found at home working on one of his own. He enjoys working outside, planning his next project, and spending time with his family.

Trevor Wilmoth

Trevor brings nearly a lifetime of construction experience to T&T, having dug his first ditch at age 12. Underground construction quickly became his speciality, first working septic and drainage projects with his brother before moving on to an extensive underground utility construction career with a local utility company. From backfilling to crane operating to managing crews of 12-15 people, Trevor’s seen it all and done it all.

When not digging in the dirt, Trevor enjoys time with his family, cooking and baking.

As a full service site development company, we can take your raw land throughout the entire construction process. From start to finish, we’ll be there to move you through each phase. Directional drilling may be the solution you are looking for! Whidbey’s T&T Construction specializes in directional drilling, which allows us to drill under county roads, driveways, and landscaping. Drilling under means not digging up, making this a great option when you don’t want a big destructive mess!

Directional drilling is often more cost-effective than having a new power pole installed. With directional drilling, we are able to pull multiple conduits (power, water, communications) under the road at the same time. This means less time and cost for you. And we secure all county road permits for you!
